Temple Arts
Sacred Body Awakening
A somatic healing practice rooted in the wisdom of the ancient Egyptian temples — where the body is not a problem to fix, but a temple to remember.

What it is
The body keeps the records.
In the temples of ancient Egypt, healing was a sacred art — the body was honored as the living hall of records, and touch, breath, and movement were the keys that opened it. Sacred Body Awakening is a remembrance of that lineage.
Through slow, loving, intentional touch and somatic contemplation, layers of conditioning — shame, self-judgment, old protection — gently peel away. What remains is the body's natural state: open, alive, trusting, and at peace.

The Journey
How a session unfolds
01
The Trinity
This work is entered in a sacred trinity — three presences holding one field. The triangle is the oldest temple form: it steadies, witnesses, and amplifies what one-to-one work cannot reach.
02
The Temple Arts
Through slow, intentional sacred touch, breath, movement, and rhythm, the body is opened the way the temple priestesses of Kemet once opened it — with reverence, never force.
03
The Remembering
As conditioning dissolves, the body recalls what it has always known: that it is sacred, that pleasure is prayer, that love is its natural state. We close in rest and integration.
Every session is held with clear consent, reverence, and care. This is temple work — slow, sacred, and always in service of your wholeness. Write to begin a conversation.
